Rolling Stock Overhaul Project
As of June 2022, the overhaul project of 1.2 million kilometers of 48 EMU trains of Hangzhou Metro Line 1 and the repair project of 600,000 kilometers of 29 trains of Hangzhou Metro Line 4 are all undertaken by HZMEM. The sequence is advanced in parallel, and all the delivered trains are on-line to carry passengers on time, safely and reliably.
Intelligent operation and maintenance
HZMEM adopts the MTR life-cycle asset management method to conduct long-term scientific analysis of the equipment it maintains, in order to keep the equipment in the best condition while avoiding the waste of resources and human errors caused by excessive maintenance. In addition, by cooperating with China Digital Intelligence Science and Technology Co., Ltd. to carry out customized intelligent operation and maintenance research and development upgrades for long-term maintenance projects, in order to provide high-quality services for the whole process of the project.
Daily maintenance items
Shanghai Metro Line 18 50 EMU trains (total 300 cards) project is a daily maintenance project for electric buses carried out by HZMEM and Siemens. It is also the first maintenance project signed by HZMEM in Shanghai. Shanghai Line 18 EMU trains. The daily inspection and balance repair work shall be handled by HZMEM.
EV Overhaul Project
On June 15, 2022, HZMEM won the tender for SZL4 EV overhaul project, achieving a new breakthrough in internal combustion EV overhaul business. As the first internal combustion EV overhaul business of the company, the acquisition of this project further enriches the scope of the whole life cycle maintenance business of rail transportation equipment and creates a new growth level for the company, which is an important milestone in the development history of HZMEM.
